Made from a mix of sherry and bourbon oak-matured whisky, the luxurious dram is equal parts sweet and spicy, with hints of coffee beans, cocoa and dried fruit. 1 is a limited edition single malt created by the eponymous distillery’s manager Bob Dalgarno.
